Movement in this brown indigenous body is resilience. My people are First Nation; Inca, Quechua, Amerindians.

I really believe that anybody with any body can feel strong with their body they carry themselves in everyday. Even when we don’t see it, it’s taken me time to understand that but when I did, I think about all I’ve done in my life and I’ve never thanked my body for withstanding everything I’ve thrown at it. So thank you body for keeping me alive and letting me figure out what kind of life I want and need. 

I want to show the movement industry and the world that there isn’t just one type of person who can teach. That a STRONG Brown first Generation, Queer, THICC indigenous body has what it takes to stand up in front of people and uplift them day after day. That is my goal!

This yoga class will offer an intentional combination of a slow flow and finding stillness within shapes to calm down the mind and body. In this class, students will utilize props in order to find space to settle in to explore restoration with directed purpose. Accessible and inclusive to all bodies.

Restorative Yoga


Restorative Yoga is a yoga practice utilizing stretching to intentionally nurture the body. Restorative yoga is often considered a practice that leads towards relaxation and finding kindness through stillness and boundaries.

The idea of this class is Yin and Yang. You need both to find balance. Each modality allows the other to find the full depth of its existence. This class is accessible and inclusive to all bodies.

Mat Pilates focuses on core strength and the rejuvenation of the body through micro-movements. Pilates was created in similar concepts to physical therapy; to heal the body with safe movement. Original Hot 26


Hot 26 otherwise known as Original Hot 90 is an asana practice consisting of 26 postures for a duration of 75 or 90 minutes. This class is heated usually 105 F with 40% humidity. The 26 posture series is designed to warm the whole body, allowing students to work deeper into the muscles, tendons, joints, bones, glands, ligaments and organs while systematically moving fresh oxygenated blood to every part of the body. As a result you can possibly build strength, flexibility, balance and an unparalleled feeling of mental and physical well-being and relaxation. This class is heated so I always recommend to come well hydrated, be kind and patient.
